I can definitely say that we have been happy with the fulfillment by Box In Box Out! Brad and the team are so friendly and accommodating. It has been a HUGE improvement over our last experience with outside fulfillment!! I really like the online system and I find I use it more than the emailed reports. It’s very easy to see our stock and the orders that shipped. November is our busiest month and our orders are starting to pick up. I’m confident that we are prepared!

We selected BoxInBoxOut as our fulfillment partner over a year ago. We were looking for a warehouse with experience in fulfilling cosmetics, but we also wanted a partner who would provide an automated system for electronic order processing, something not provided by many other warehouses we considered. The switch from our old warehouse and the integration with BoxInBoxOut was very smooth, thanks to the excellent service provided by Keith and his team. We continue to be very happy with their services. They are very responsive and work with us to provide better service to our customers on a daily basis.
